Affiliate Terms

1. Programs

ALGORICK TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“ALGORICK”) offers three programs. These Affiliate Terms apply to all of them.

• Referral program: existing customers refer other individuals to ALGORICK.
• Affiliate program: marketers and content creators promote ALGORICK to their audience.
• Partner program: brokers, advisors and firms (including introducing partners) that refer clients to ALGORICK.

2. Eligibility and approval

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in India. ALGORICK may approve, reject or remove any participant at its discretion. Affiliates and partners may be asked to provide identity, business and tax details before approval.

3. Referral links and codes

Each participant receives a unique referral link and a referral code. A referral is counted when a new user signs up through your link or enters your code, and then becomes an active user. Referrals that cannot be matched to your link or code are not counted.

Self-referrals, and referrals of accounts you own or control, are not counted.

4. Commission and rewards

Commission or rewards, where applicable, are set by ALGORICK for each program and communicated to approved participants. ALGORICK may change the rates or structure of any program, or suspend or close any referral, affiliate, partner or credit system, at any time without prior notice.

5. Payout eligibility

Payouts start once you have a minimum of 10 active users who joined through your link or code. An active user is a referred user with an active paid subscription. Payout timing, method and any other conditions will be communicated to you by ALGORICK.

Participants are responsible for their own taxes. ALGORICK may deduct tax at source or require tax details where the law requires it.

6. Refunds and reversals

If a referred customer receives a refund under our Refund Policy, or a payment is reversed, charged back or found to be fraudulent, the related commission or reward is reversed. If it has already been paid, ALGORICK may deduct it from your future payouts.

7. Prohibited practices

You must not:

• Promise, guarantee or imply assured profits or returns from ALGORICK or any algo
• Make misleading, exaggerated or false claims about ALGORICK, its performance or its approvals
• Present yourself as an employee or authorised representative of ALGORICK
• Spam, send unsolicited messages or run misleading advertisements
• Create fake or duplicate accounts, or refer yourself
• Use ALGORICK trademarks or logos in a way that is not approved by us
• Give investment advice or make recommendations unless you are registered to do so under SEBI rules
• Break any applicable law, including SEBI regulations and advertising rules

All promotional content must be accurate and must carry the required risk disclaimers, including that trading involves risk and past or backtested performance does not guarantee future returns.

8. Relationship

Participants are independent. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint venture. Participants have no authority to bind ALGORICK or to make commitments on its behalf.

9. Suspension and termination

ALGORICK may suspend or end your participation, withhold unpaid commission and refuse payouts at any time, without prior notice, if it suspects fraud, misuse, a violation of these terms, or conduct that harms ALGORICK or its customers. You may leave a program at any time by writing to us.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ALGORICK is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost earnings or lost opportunity, arising from your participation in any program.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Odisha, India, the proceedings shall be in English, and disputes shall be handled individually and not as part of any class or representative action. Subject to this, the courts at Paralakhemundi, Odisha shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

ALGORICK may update these Affiliate Terms at any time. Continued participation after an update means you accept the updated terms. Please review this page from time to time.
