Question 1

What is ALGORICK?

Accepted Answer

ALGORICK is an algorithmic trading platform. You pick a ready-made strategy, connect your broker and the algo places trades for you based on its rules.

Question 2

Do I need to know coding?

Accepted Answer

No. Every strategy is ready to deploy. You choose the algo, set your capital and risk limits, and go live.

Question 3

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Create an account, connect your broker, choose an algo, set your capital and risk limits, and activate it. The whole setup takes a few minutes.

Question 4

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You get a 7-day free trial. No card is needed to start.

Question 5

What is included in the 7-day free trial?

Accepted Answer

The trial gives you access to a limited selection of algos so you can see how the platform works with your own broker account.

Question 6

What happens after the 7-day trial ends?

Accepted Answer

Your account stays active, but trading is paused until you subscribe. Your settings and broker connection are kept.

Question 7

How much does ALGORICK cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on the plan and the algos you use. Contact us at info@algorick.com for current plans and pricing.

Question 8

Are there other charges besides the subscription?

Accepted Answer

Brokerage, STT, exchange and other statutory charges are billed by your broker and are separate from ALGORICK.

Question 9

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel at any time by contacting our support team or through your account dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your current subscription period stays active until it expires.

Question 10

Is my subscription renewed automatically?

Accepted Answer

Some services use recurring billing. By subscribing, you authorise ALGORICK and its payment partners to debit the subscription charge on the renewal date unless you cancel before it. Please cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to continue.

Question 11

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are considered only for multiple debits or excess payment for the same transaction, a paid subscription that failed to activate because of a technical issue on our side, and verified unauthorised transactions. No refund is given for the unused part of a subscription.

Question 12

When is a refund not given?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, partial or no usage of the service, dissatisfaction with market conditions or trading outcomes, failure to cancel before renewal, incorrect information provided by you, or payment gateway charges, taxes and third-party fees.

Question 13

How do I request a refund?

Accepted Answer

Email support@algorick.com with your registered name and email, transaction ID or reference number, date of payment, payment receipt or screenshot (if available) and the reason for the request. Incomplete requests may delay processing.
